One of the softest parts of the eyes, follow these tips and keep the eyes young and healthy for years
Benefits of keeping eyes healthy:
Eyes are one of the important parts of our body. They are very delicate, so take full care of them, even if there is a slight problem, do not ignore it. If you ignore the problems related to the eyes for a long time, then the vision can be affected or the eyesight can be lost forever.
The increasing trend of gadgets has increased the risk of eye health, in which case digital eye strain is emerging as a major eye problem.
So know what are the common problems related to eyes, what are the necessary measures to be taken to keep them healthy and what are the precautions to be taken while using gadgets.
Common eye problems:
There are many problems related to the eyes, some of which are very minor and some are very serious. But the eyes are very sensitive, so even if the problem is minor, do not treat the eyes by yourself, consult a doctor.
Dry Eye Syndrome:
Due to the increasing trend of gadgets, the problems of dry eye syndrome are increasing. In this, either less tears are produced in the eyes or their quality is not good. Tears keep the cornea and conjunctiva of the eyes moist and wet and prevent them from drying out.
The main symptoms of this syndrome are burning sensation in the eyes, feeling of prickling, dryness, itching, heaviness, dryness of the conjunctiva of the eye, redness in the eyes and difficulty in keeping them open for some time.
Cataracts (Motiyabind):
The lens of our eye helps to focus the light or image on the retina. When the lens becomes cloudy, the light cannot pass through the lens clearly, due to which the image you see becomes blurred, due to which the obstruction of vision is called Cataract or Cataract.
Causes of blurred vision:
People suffering from cataract face problems in reading, working with eyes, driving a car (especially at night). Most cataracts develop slowly and vision is not affected initially, but over time it affects your ability to see. Due to this, it becomes difficult for the person to do his normal daily activities.
Age Related Macular Degeneration (AMD):
Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is the leading cause of blindness in people over the age of 50 worldwide. Increasing age is considered to be its biggest risk factor, apart from this, genetic and environmental factors and smoking increase its risk.
AMD directly affects the macula, the macula, a small area in the retina that is responsible for the central vision of the human eye. This affects the sharpness of the eyes and the central vision which is necessary to see things clearly.
Computer Vision Syndrome:
Due to the increasing use of computers and laptops, not only dry eyes, but also cases of computer vision syndrome are increasing continuously. Firstly, the distance of our eyes from the computer remains less, secondly during this time the movement of our eyes is less.
Heaviness in the eyes and head, blurred vision, burning sensation, watering, itching, dryness of the eye (dry eye), difficulty in seeing near objects, double vision, extreme tiredness, pain in the neck, shoulders and Back pain is a common symptom of computer vision syndrome.
Glaucoma:
Glaucoma is caused by damage to the optic nerve. When there is a blockage in the drainage of fluid from the eye, the pressure in the eye (intra-ocular pressure) increases. If the pressure on the optic nerve continues to increase, then it can also be destroyed.
It is the optic nerve of our eyes that transmits the information and picture of something to the brain. If the pressure on the optic nerve and other parts of the eye is not reduced, then the eyesight can go completely.
Glaucoma is the second leading cause of blindness worldwide. If glaucoma is detected in its early stages, vision loss can be prevented.
Black cataract is also called glaucoma or black cataract. It can happen to anyone at any age, but cases are more common in older people.
Diabetic Retinopathy and Diabetic Macular Edema:
Everyone who has diabetes is at risk of diabetic retinopathy and diabetic macular edema (DME). It is the leading cause of vision impairment and blindness worldwide. DR and DME give no indication of their development until the victim's vision becomes blurred.
To avoid these, it is very important that diabetic patients take special care of their eyes and get their eyes checked at regular intervals, so that all necessary measures can be taken to control any complications related to vision.

3. In the examination of the eyes, diseases related to the eyes like optic nerve, cataract, glaucoma etc. are examined.
When to start: From the age of 18
After how many intervals:
Once a year; Those who have diabetes are more likely to have eye problems, so such people should get their eyes checked every six months, if the condition is more serious, this checkup should be done every three months.
